Welcome to MLIS 2019!
2019 International Conference on Machine Learning and Intelligent Systems (MLIS 2019), supported by
National Dong Hwa University (NDHU), is scheduled to be held in National Dong Hwa University (NDHU) during November 19-22, 2019. The event is aimed at providing a platform for knowledge exchange of the most recent scientific and technological advances and to strengthen the links in the scientific community. The plenary session of MLIS 2019 will include Keynote Speeches, Invited Speeches, Poster Presentations and Oral Presentations.
On behalf of the organizing committee, we cordially invite scientists, experts as well as scholars to participate in the event!

Unpublished and original contributions are encouraged to be submitted via the
MLIS Online Submission System. All submitted full papers will go through rigorous peer review process and acceptance will be based on the quality, originality, language and relevance.
